For all products we sell (excluding software), we offer a 30-day refund guarantee from the date you receive the item, subject to the following conditions: the product must be unused, free from stains, and for items that come with packaging, the original packaging must be returned.

Due to the nature of domes, you may purchase the wrong size. In this case, please contact our customer service E-mail : help@hearing-shop.com, and we will send you a new packet in a different size free of charge.

If the return is due to the buyer’s reason, the buyer will be charged a $10 refund processing fee (deducted from the total refund amount). Additionally, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Exclusions may not apply by applicable law.

The refund process begins from the date you request a refund. We will submit an application to your payment provider within 5 working days. After the application is completed, it typically takes 5-15 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
